Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
This policy explains what Atlas Pay collects, why, and who it is shared with. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us.
1. What we collect
Account details. Your name, email address, and a hashed password, or the profile Google shares when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
Workspace details. Business name, country, default currency, website, and support email.
Payment activity. Payment links, checkout links, payments, refunds, customers, subscriptions, balances, and payouts read from your Stripe connected account, plus webhook events Stripe sends about that account. Card numbers never reach Atlas Pay; Stripe collects them on its own hosted pages.
Atlas conversations. The messages you send to Atlas and the tool results it produces while you use it. Conversations are not stored after the session ends.
Support requests. The subject, message, page, and any screenshots you attach when you contact support.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, and timestamps needed to keep sessions secure.
2. How we use it
- To run Atlas Pay: sign you in, show your workspace, create links, and keep payment data in sync with Stripe.
- To answer your requests to Atlas and your support tickets.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal and Stripe obligations.
- To tell you about changes to the service. We do not send marketing email without asking first.
3. Who we share it with
Stripe processes every payment and holds your connected account. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the data it collects from you and your customers.
DeepSeek receives the text of Atlas conversations, together with the workspace context needed to answer, so Atlas can respond. We send only what is required for the request.
Cloudflare hosts the Atlas Pay API and database and sees the network traffic needed to serve it.
Atlas receives the messages you exchange with the Atlas Pay bot inside the Atlas app.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect Atlas Pay and its users.
4. Customers who pay you
When someone pays through your link, Stripe collects their name, email, and payment details. Atlas Pay stores the name, email, amounts, and status so you can see who paid. You are the controller of that information and are responsible for how you use it. Customers can ask you or Stripe about their data.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in and a small amount of browser storage for interface preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention
Account and workspace data is kept while your workspace exists. Payment records mirrored from Stripe are kept so your history stays complete. Support tickets are kept for two years. Atlas conversations are not retained. When you delete your workspace we remove the data we hold within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and all traffic uses HTTPS. Stripe secrets stay on our servers and are never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your rights
You can see and update your profile and workspace in the app. You can ask us to export or delete your data, and to correct anything that is wrong, by emailing support@atlaspay.co. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.
9. International transfers
Atlas Pay runs on Cloudflare's global network and works with providers in the United States and elsewhere. Your information may be processed outside your country with protections required by applicable law.
10. Children
Atlas Pay is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes and contact
We will post updates to this policy here with a new effective date and tell you about material changes. Questions go to support@atlaspay.co. Our Terms of Service explain the rest of the agreement.
