Before you install
There is a mobile app for iOS and Android, a native desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the merchant portal, which runs in a browser with nothing to install. A Chrome extension is on the way but has not shipped.
No. Every app is free to download and the Free plan has no monthly fee. You pay 4.9% + $0.40 per transaction on Free and Brand, or 4.2% + $0.40 on Pro, and you can cancel a paid plan at any time.
Yes, before money can reach you. Creating an account is step one, verification is step two and unlocks payouts and the secure financial features, and linking a bank account is step three so the payouts have somewhere to land.
Yes. One account works across the phone, the desktop app, and the portal at the same time, and they all read the same activity. If other people help you run the business, the Brand plan adds team members and Pro makes them unlimited.
