Tell us what you are trying to do and we will reply with something useful rather than a brochure.
Something broken, a payment that looks wrong, or a question about your own account. A screenshot is usually worth three paragraphs, so attach one if you can.
support@atlaspay.comMessage us on WhatsApp or book a call if it is easier to talk it through than to type it out. Both reach the same team as the form and the support address.
Read the FAQs firstHigher volume, several brands under one roof, or a workflow you are not sure the product covers yet. Use the form and say “sales”, and it goes to someone who can answer it.
Look at plans firstWe will never ask for a password or a card number. Not by email, not by chat, not by phone. If a message claiming to be from Atlas Pay asks for one, forward it to support@atlaspay.com instead of replying to it.
If one of these is your question, you have your answer already — and the full set lives on the FAQs page.
We reply to everything, in the order it arrives, and we would rather not quote a response time we have not measured. What helps is sending the detail with the first message. Priority support is included on the Pro plan, so Pro accounts are handled first.
Three things, in this order: create an account, verify your identity, and link the bank account you want to be paid into. We can walk you through any of the three, but the identity check is what unlocks payouts, so it is worth doing first.
Never. We do not ask for card numbers, bank details, one-time codes, or passwords by email or chat, and nobody from Atlas Pay will. Card details are entered by your customer on the secure payment page and handled by the processors behind it.
The sale is between you and them, so refunds and cancellations are yours to make. What we can do is help you find the payment, understand what the record shows, and work out what to tell them.
