Shipped only. Card Issuing, the Chrome extension, and the Shopify integration have not been released and do not appear below. They are described on the roadmap. Nigeria remains in early access rather than general availability.

The desktop app

Atlas Pay now runs as a native application on Mac and Windows, for counters that would rather not depend on a browser tab staying open.

  • Native builds for Mac and Windows. Download once, sign in once, and open straight into today’s activity.
  • Full-screen QR display. Put a payment code on the whole screen so a customer can scan it from across a counter.
  • Same account, same records. Payments taken on the desktop appear in the mobile app and the merchant portal immediately.

Merchant portal: exports, audit trails, and activity logging

A set of reporting improvements for accounts with more than one person taking money, all of them on the Pro plan.

  • Export to CSV. Pull a date range out of the portal in a shape a bookkeeper can open without being taught anything.
  • Audit trails and full activity logging. See who created a link, who issued a refund, and when each of those happened.
  • Faster filtering. Narrow the activity list by product, team member, and date without reloading the page.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards you create and sell yourself, so a customer can buy value now and spend it later.

  • Create and sell digital gift cards. Set the values you want to offer and share them like any other Atlas Pay product.
  • Sold alongside the catalogue. Gift cards sit next to your products in the merchant portal rather than in a separate tool.

Free trials on subscriptions

Recurring billing gained a trial period, plus a hosted page you can send instead of a bare link.

  • Optional free trial of any length in days. Set it per subscription — seven days, thirty, or whatever the offer needs.
  • Hosted subscription checkout. Share a page that explains the price, the interval, and the trial before anyone signs up.
  • Intervals from weekly to yearly. Pick the schedule once and let the charges run on their own.

WordPress and WooCommerce

A plugin for sites that already exist, so you can add Atlas Pay checkout without rebuilding anything.

  • Pay buttons and blocks. Drop a payment button into a WordPress page or post from the block editor.
  • WooCommerce checkout. Take card payments through an existing WooCommerce store and settle them to the same bank account.
  • One set of records. Orders taken on WordPress appear beside links, codes, and contracts in the merchant portal.

Contracts

Agreement and payment collapsed into a single step, for work that is quoted before it starts.

  • Review, agree, pay. The customer reads the terms, accepts them, and pays by card in the same flow.
  • Deposit or full amount. Choose per contract whether to take part of the money up front or all of it.
  • Delivered by email. Both sides keep a copy of what was agreed, outside any chat thread.

eCommerce in the merchant portal

Selling online without writing code, and an API route for businesses that would rather build their own.

  • No-code product catalogue. Add products and prices in the portal and get a secure checkout for them.
  • Custom checkout on the API. Build your own front end against the Atlas Pay API and keep the same payouts.
  • Payouts to your bank. Online sales settle to the same eligible local bank account as everything else.

Wallets at the checkout

Faster payment methods now appear automatically when the payer is eligible for one, with cards always behind them.

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash App Pay. Shown when the merchant account, device, region, and currency all qualify.
  • Cards remain the fallback. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted whether or not a wallet is available.

Free, Brand, and Pro

The plan structure the product runs on today, including a lower transaction fee for accounts on Pro.

  • Three plans. Free at $0 a month, Brand at $5.99, and Pro at $14.99, with no hidden fees and cancellation at any time.
  • A lower rate on Pro. 4.2% + $0.40 per payment instead of the 4.9% + $0.40 charged on Free and Brand.
  • Unlimited team members on Pro. Plus the option to pass the transaction fee to the customer rather than absorbing it.
  • Custom branding and bulk emailing on Brand. Your logo and colours on the checkout, receipts, and emails.
